For adults 13+:
The member benefit plan covers 2 sets of x-rays, 2 exams and 2 basic cleanings per year (every six months).
The cost is $350 for the year. You will also receive 25% off all diagnosed dental treatment.
Children 12 and under:
The member benefit plan covers 2 sets of x-rays, 2 exams, 2 basic cleanings and fluoride per year (every 6 months).
The cost is $300 per year. You will also receive 25% off all diagnosed dental treatment.
Family Plan:
If you sign up 2+ people then you save $25 per each additional person and 30% off diagnosed dental treatment.
For example, the cost for Parent 1 would be $350, Parent 2 would be $325, child 1 would be $275 and child 2 would be $275.
Some exclusions apply, for example IV sedation. No cash discounts. This is not insurance and is a stand-alone program. Cannot be combined with other discounts.
